MAPLE WHISKEY SOUR
Ingredients:
Sour Mix:
6 limes
1.5 grapefruit
2 Oranges
1 lemon
Plus:
1/2 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple syrup
2 oz Whiskey or Bourbon of Choice
1/2 oz Egg White
Combine all citrus to make the best Sour Mix. Combine 3/4 oz sour mix with Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, egg white and Whiskey of choice in a shaker over ice.
Shake for 20-30 seconds to chill and froth egg white. Serve over ice.
