Dressing Ingredients:
¾ cup plain full-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Slaw mix:
4-5 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup shredded carrot
1 medium apple shredded
1 inch fresh grated ginger
½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
Combine yogurt, mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth. In a larger bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot, apple, ginger and cranberries. Top with dressing, combine until evenly distributed.
