Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup seeds (sunflower and pumpkin)
1 cup dried fruit (cranberry, apple, raisin, whatever you like!)
1/4 cup diced candied ginger
*5 teaspoons of sauce
Sauce:
3.5 tablespoons peanut butter
2.5 tablespoons butter
1 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
Mix, then bake at 250F for 5 – 10 minutes until golden brown and has a pleasant aroma and stickiness of sauce has evaporated.
Cool, then add chocolate chips.
