Maple Ginger Carrots
4 Pounds Carrots
1/4 Cup Apple Cider
1 TBSP grated fresh ginger
3 TBSP Butter
1/3 Cup B&E's Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bring carrots, cider, ginger & butter to a boil; simmer uncovered 20 minutes
Add syrup, vinegar, salt & pepper. Simmer 8 minutes stirring frequently.
